COG: death in COG

Introduction: The cinematic elements in the film are used to their fullest effect when it comes to presenting to the audience a character's death. Through cinematography, the audience is able to sympathize and in some cases empathize with the characters on screen. It is through these elements that our emotions start running and allows us to really captivate not just the death of someone in a particular scene. But the entire theme of death in the film as a whole.

Conclusion: The death of character's in the film are strongly put forward by the acting, but the cinematography further compliments what is occurring on screen. It allows to have an insight into what is going on to a character's emotions who have witnessed the death of another character. It further emphasizes the tone of the scene and is a guideline to how we as the audience should feel to the characters on screen.

  1. This presentation is very good with some excellent observations made. However, it isn't the longest of presentations and would be helped greatly if you could add a brief introduction and explanation of the presentation.

So, answer these questions. What was the task? What did you learn? How will this help you revise for your exam?

Overall, this demonstrates a good ability to meet AO1 consistently and I can see improvement in meeting AO2 more consistently to. To continue to improve you must always ensure that you are fully explaining yourself, not only when completing exam question practice but also in your class notes and research.

    All the best
